Course Changes

Units may change any permanently approved course. When a unit completes a change request, any of the approved information stored in CRS may be altered. In general, units should only complete items on the change request that are being modified. Academic Programs requests that units carefully consider changes being made and the questions on the course request to make sure that all items that need to be revised are modified. Consistency between individual items on the course request is necessary; units should be especially cognizant of this.

Note that all course changes must be JUSTIFIED.

Note that if a course being changed is cross-listed with another course, it is routed to the cross-listing department/college for its approval.
