Below are sample proposals to establish, revise, reorganize, and eliminate academic programs and academic units. All proposals were reviewed and approved by the required levels of governance. If you are developing a proposal for an action not included below, please contact Dana Wright and ask if a comparable proposal can be located in the Academic Programs archive.
